Product Spotlight - Autumn Blessings

Hello Friends and Happy Thursday!

Today we have some special cards by our special guest Kimberly Rendino, of Kimplete Kreativity.  Kimberly used our new Autumn Blessings clear stamps and coordinating dies to create these beautiful cards.

On this first card she stamped the various leaf elements in different colored inks to create a custom background and then used the sentiment as the focal point.

And on this one she has used both the stamps and dies to create a little Autumn scene. I love the addition of the tag on the front of the card.

To see more of Kimberly's work, be sure to stop by her blog! Join us tomorrow for another Product Spotlight post!

Hedgehog with Ladybird

Hello Whimsy Fans How are you today? My goodness that one of the quickest
months ever!,  because its my turn (Bridget) to post some inspiration here.

For my DT piece today i have used the adorable Hedgehog with Ladybug

from our Lee Holland Collection, the designer papers are one of our new
digital downloads that are available  from the Whimsy Stamps store.
The papers are from  Fall harvest 1 collection, I printed them on the plain
paper setting on my printer, because i wanted a slightly muted effect
on the papers but as you can see they are still very vibrant. I used a punch
for the Maple leaves.

Have a lovely Tuesday and rest of the week friends and i will see you fine peeps
here next month with another creation take care until then ....xoxo
Hugs Bridget :) xx

Moose Friends

Hi Everyone!

It's Shannah here today to share some Whimsy Inspiration with you!

My card today features a sweet stamp from the Crissy Armstrong Collection called 'Moose Friends' and one of the included sentiments.

My image is stamped in Momento Tuxedo ink and coloured with Copic markers.

The papers are from the Teresa Collins 'Christmas Cottage' 6x6 paper pad, and I've embellished the card with flowers and pearls.

I hope you like it! You can see more details on my Blog;  Embellished ExpresShan's.

Thanks so much for visiting today and hope you have a great week!

Product Spotlight - Bold Banners Sentiments and Dies

Hello Friends!

Today we have a special treat for you. Our special guest Kimberly Rendino has created a very fun and unique card using our new Bold Banners sentiments and dies.

Rather than use the sentiments and dies as a simple accent, Kimberly has used the dies to create this beautiful background on her card. The colors are fabulous and the added sparkle of the gems is perfect, your eye is just drawn to the background details. Such a fun idea!

For more about this card and more, visit Kimberly's blog, Kimplete Kreativity!

Watercoloring with Elephants

Hello everyone!! It's Ellen here that started to get inky again and used watercolors for this card made for Whimsy Stamps.

First I colored the elephant and the two peanuts with watercolors (Sketched Elephants & Sketched Elephants Dies). After that I did cut the middle piece and embossed the background. The tittle was stamped out on the circle (Bold Statements). I really love the different colors in the tittle. Finally the bow and sequins gave the card a gorgeous appearance.

Thanks so much for stopping by and spending some time with me!

P.S. Don't forget to check out the Whimsy Stamps Facebook Event next week. There will be shown a lot new products and fun games to win some Whimsy Money!!

A Happy Birthday Slider Card

Welcome friends -- Alanna here today up on the Whimsy blog. I have a fun birthday slider card to share with you today using some fun products from Clearly Whimsy Stamps.

I first did some ink blending using some masking tape to create my grass and sky portions of the card. I then die cut one of the dies from the new Slip n' Slide die collection for my little skunk to slide along on. I stamped my sentiment and then a couple of mushrooms. It was then time to stamp and die cut my skunk from the Lil' Stinker set. I added a disc on the back to create the movement for my skunk along the track. The front card panel is popped up on foam tape to allow for room for the slider mechanism.

I'm excited to use some of the other fun slider dies in the Slip n' Slide die collection as I think they will make super fun cards.  Thanks for your visit!

Birdies on Corn

Morning all! Linda here with some inspiration today.

I have a quick make using Crissy Armstrong's Birdies on Corn stamp.

I coloured it with my distress ink markers and matched it to some pretty Galeria Papieru papers.

I cropped them and gave them a pretty background with some distress ink, a blending sponge and a home made acetate mask.

The fun sentiment was part of a gift from a blogging friend which I thought it was perfect for this image.

That's all from me today, until next time.

Happy crafting!
